Agents and Brokers

 K&K imposes no volume commitments. Our goal is to make it easy for licensed producers to place business with us. No prior appointment or agreement is necessary to submit applications for a coverage quotation. 

Agencies and individual producers are required to submit proper licensing documentation and Errors & Omissions coverage verification through the Unified Producer Agreement. 

If preferred, this agreement can be signed prior to submitting business and serves to satisfy the proof of licensing and E&O coverage requirement.

In addition to the traditional paper/PDF application process for complex risks, K&K provides agents with instant access to insurance online for programs that generally require less underwriting.  Agents using our online application process earn commission without the hassle of completing paper applications and waiting for a response. 

Due to the unique aspects of each specialty program we develop, commission rates can vary by program class and coverage line. Please verify your commission rate with the K&K representative processing your submission. If you charge the insured a fee for services and would prefer to receive a quotation "net" of commission, please let your representative know.
